We try to tailor our tours to a be a blend of small, mom & pop style wineries, steeped in tradition, to organic and biodynamic farms, keeping as close to nature as possible, to medium-sized, locally owned estates that work with innovation while respecting the authenticity of the area.

All of our tours include a leisurely, multi-course lunch at my restaurant, Le Barbatelle in Bevagna. My team and I look forward to serving you the best cuisine that Umbria has to offer – all local products and traditional recipes (some with a twist!) to complement our unique wine experience!
